Bike with Christina

A bike class for those, who want to improve and/or be challenged on their cardio training and endurance. The class will have both long intervals, accelerations and short sprints with high intensity. Sometimes we have fun and games to spice up the class. During the class there will be all kinds of music – both pop, rock, dance, jump style and much more – so there will be something for everyone!

 

Bike with Simon

In a bike class with Simon you will experience high intensity intervals with sprints and longer intervals with various loads. The riding is done to a lot of different music which creates variety and helps with motivation. If you like being pushed and would like to train your fitness and leg-power, then bike with Simon is the right class for you.
