Fitness Boxing with Christian
Fitness boxing is for everyone who wants a versatile training. The class contains elements from cardio-, coordination- and strength training and you will be guaranteed a fast heart rate along with breaking a sweat, while doing some of the best exercises from the world of boxing.
Christian explains all the techniques before letting everyone test the newly acquired skills on the pads and the sandbags. This class is for everyone and the degree of difficulty will be adjusted to your starting point.
Fitness Boxing Technique
Technique classes are held every second Saturday and is minded on both beginners and experienced participants.
As a beginner it is possible to learn the basics of boxing and thereby get more out of the fitness boxing sessions. As an experienced participant it is possible to further develop the competencies already acquired and thereby improve. For technique classes the pace is dialed down and replaced with focus on the technique.
