HIIT Med Ditte
This HIIT class guarantees a big sweat party! Endurance, power and sweat are keywords in this class where cardio and strength training are combined to give the participants the best of both worlds. Everyone can join regardless of level. The class consists of 3-4 small, but very intense workouts. Here, barbells, kettlebells and burpess will become your new best friends.
The workouts will somewhat be individually, but in particular also as teams, so that our beautiful HIIT family spirit are continuously strengthened. We workout, sweat, laugh and give each other high fives!
HIIT with Pernille
This class often begins with a strength part that focuses on using your body the most efficient way. It is followed by a WOD (workout of the day) which tests your cardio, endurance and bodycontrol.
Different equipment like slam-balls, barbells, kettlebells etc. are implemented to challenge the body in various ways.
The workouts will somewhat be individually, but in particular also as teams, so that our beautiful HIIT family spirit are continuously strengthened. We workout, sweat, laugh and give each other high fives!
HIIT with Jacob
In HIIT with Jacob, the focus is both on strength, endurance and cardio. In this class you will come across everything from running and rowing to more technical exercises like weight lifting and gymnastics. But fear not! Everyone can participate! The exercises are adapted so it fits the individual person, and everything is explained so everyone knows how to go about it.
A class will typically consist of warm-up, technique/strength and lastly one or more intensive workouts. So if you’re up for a challenge that will energize you for the rest of the day, then you should join HIIT with Jacob!
