Pilates 1 with Cecilie

In pilates 1, stability, coordination, movement and strength are in focus and the tempo is for everyone. In this class the exercises are adapted to the individual, and you will be guided safely through all of them.
Pilates 1 is for you there:

  • You are new to pilates
  • You are experiencing physical impairments and need a gentle type of workout
  • You are experienced with pilates and wants a class with room for immersion

Some classes will utilize various equipment and all pilates classes will end with light relaxation of the body.

Pilates 2 with Cecilie

Pilates 2 is adding on the exercises form pilates 1 while increasing the focus on strength and tempo. This class offers fewer explanations and more work on flow sequences of exercises in connection to each other.

Pilates 2 is for you if:

  • You are experienced with the basic exercises from pilates 1
  • You are capable of taking the planck position and can endure shoulder and wrist strain
  • You are capable of balancing on one leg

 

Some classes will utilize various equipment and all pilates classes will end with light relaxation of the body.
